I had the privilege of attending the exclusive “An Evening with Chef Martin Yan & YuTing,” celebrating YuTing Trading’s 68 Years of Excellence. The theme of the evening, 傳承 (Inheritance), was truly special—it wasn’t just about food, but about honoring the legacy and success of those who’ve built something remarkable across generations.


Walking into the luxurious Sun Gourmet TRX, I was immediately struck by the elegant ambiance that set the tone for what was to come. The event brought together some of the most influential figures in the culinary world, including Chef Martin Yan, who’s a true legend in the industry. His warm personality and wealth of knowledge made it clear why he’s adored by so many.

As part of the evening, Chef Martin shared the incredible journey behind his latest book, which beautifully blends his culinary expertise with his life story.
