Resepi: Kerabu Maggi Mudah Ala Thai
Hai Semua! Happy Labour day! Masak apa cuti cuti ni?! hhe
Sempat Mar buat kerabu maggi hari ni . Yayy! Jom Mar kongsi resepi kerabu Maggi kegemaran Mar!
BAHAN-BAHAN:
1 paket maggi thai
udang -4 ekor
sotong -4ekor
cendawan enoki -1plastik kecik
bawang merah - hiris baji nipis
tomato - hiris nipis/dadu
lobak merah-hiris nipis
serai- hiris nipis
(terpulang kalau taknak letak pun takpe)
daun ketumbar /daun sup- hiris nipis
cili padi - potong kecikkecik
CARA-CARA:
Didihkan air, Masukkan udang,sotong, sayuran. Rebus hingga lembut. Masukkan maggi siam,Lepas mendidih toskan semua bahan. Ambil mangkuk besar yang senang untuk digaul , masukkan perencah . kemudian masukkan semua bahan yang ditos tadi dan gaulkan semua. Kemudian masukkan 1senduk air rebusan tadi. Masukkan daun ketumbar/daun sup beserta cili & tomato yang siap dihiris. Kemudian akhir sekali perahkan asam limau Masukkan air gula sikit. Gaul rata semua . Siap!
